woosa洋食パンケーキ 屋莎洋食鬆餅屋 信義新光A8店 — Restaurant in Xinyi District

I didn't plan to visit this place. My friend knew I was staying in Xinyi area and I have a sweet tooth so he recommended me to try this place for the pancakes. I arrived late afternoon on a weekday and this place was rather busy, almost half the place was occupied. I had a look at the menu and there was quite a variety of items available but I was here just to check out the pancakes. I had a look at the pancake section and the flavours were not very interesting, but there were 2 recommended flavours and I picked the lemon one which I thought was rather unique. There was this interesting deal about the pancakes as it already includes a 130 TWD credit for a drink, so you can go to the drinks menu and select a drink, and anything more than 130 TWD you have to top up the difference. Pretty good deal huh? I thought would take long to get the pancakes done since the place was quite busy, but I waited about 15 minutes and it was served. I have to say the pancakes were good and fluffy and can melt in your mouth, the portion is rather generous and also adding a sour element to the pancake can be quite unique and interesting too. Downed the pancakes with a mixed fruit tea. The damage wasn't high, was overall okay. I think in general the customer service was lacking so everything was kinda slow. Considering such a big space and there were only like 1 waitress at the time taking orders and doing the cashier work. When I raised my hand to take orders and walked to the cashier for payment, both times I was told to "wait for a while". Hope this can...

The person work at the reception not organize well I have to wait 43mins non sense. I am there at 12:15 alone there were two two person table for reserve, I got a call at 12:53, ordered food at 13:00 the reserve person arrived at 13:00, I finished meal at 13:54, my table beside me were empty around 13:30, they keep people waiting outside , may be food take more time than expected. Food is great as usual, I went the other location will let you seat in and wait...

沒有預約現場掃app訂位，結果等了好久進去好多桌卻遲遲未到我們，問了服務人員才知道，除了現場掃描預約排隊還有日前訂位的，對於遊戲規則不清楚的我們也只好認了乖乖繼續排隊，但是空桌清潔完全卻不放客人進來觀感會不太好⋯

店面內非常的舒服，不論用餐空間、色彩都是讓人舒服的環境，點餐也使用掃描點餐很簡單，餐點部分因為孩子餓所以還有點了餐⋯

餐點部分 薯條部份滿分，大人小孩都愛，可以選兩種醬料，但實際說沒醬料也是好吃！ 貝殼麵部份一定要趁熱吃，過一下下就整個有點難下嚥，肉醬普普、青醬比較對我們的味！ 湯丼飯則是有趣的選擇，因為帶小孩都只能吃固定的幾種料理，會想要來點不一樣的，所以選了個日式飯湯，其實蠻好吃的，而且熱熱的在冷天吃很滿足，料也很多，嚐鮮來說是很可以的！

餐點類可以升等飲料+鬆餅，說說飲料部分⋯ 優格是該店招牌，在排隊的時候就對這個美感極佳的飲料頗為好奇，於是點了原味和葡萄柳橙兩種口味各一杯，結果今天只有原味可以喝，一杯嚐鮮還行，多喝就有點不太ok，嘗試仍然可推薦，畢竟是招牌！ 紅絲絨可可，看著也是有推薦就點下去，是可以點來拍照的飲料，但是喝起來就偏普通，紅絲絨部份可能喝了小朋友的優格後才喝，感覺有點謎，嚐鮮一次即可，下次不敢點。 黑糖伯爵厚奶茶也算是誤打誤撞，太太要我點時沒注意，結果上來是壺裝熱的，太太想喝的其實是冰的，貓頭鷹壺其實挺討喜，而且伯爵奶茶也比較偏正常，反而成為這次用餐飲料的最佳選擇，伯爵味重但沒什麼黑糖感，不過熱熱的喝就很舒服！

最重要的就是我們來的目的-雲之鬆餅 我們點了濃巧克力冰淇淋鬆餅和莓果塔冰淇淋鬆餅，鬆餅上桌除了好看療癒好拍照外，口感也都不錯，小朋友超愛，一下下就吃光光了，對於巧克力控的我來說，莓果反而讓我覺得比較好吃！果然沒有辜負我們的期待，有點後悔花錢吃前面那一些，可以直接吃鬆餅就好！

整體來說，這次的用餐體驗比起預期有一些微失落，服務部分關於用餐規定不清楚這個是我們的問題，但是還有些真心覺得可以向店家反應的地方，也許是因為有送餐機器人，餐到服務員才會有送餐的動作，所以在沒送餐沒收桌的狀況下，服務員是不太在用餐區走動的，導致我們沒水想要水的時候找不到服務員，用餐結束滿桌空盤也是很久才被發現來收拾；另外我們鬆餅都吃完了等好久飲料才上，吃鬆餅過程就沒飲料配嘍！這些地方是希望未來店家注意的，服務人員態度都很好很親切喔！

最後，未來可能就是平日人少容易入座會想再來吃鬆餅，如果是要用餐，回到別的樓層...
