ペキンダック、うまっ！ 皮を檜木の色に焼き上げることで、香ばしくてサクサクした食感が生まれます。 そのまま食べてもおいしい、麺餅で包んで食べるのもめっちゃおいしかった。 麺餅にはネギ、玉ねぎや、店特製の甘辛いタレを添えて、アヒルの皮、肉と一緒に包みます。 これがもう絶品です。 アヒルの皮の脂っぽさと麺餅のもちもち感、野菜のシャキシャキ感、タレのコクとネギ、玉ねぎの辛さが絶妙に調和して、口の中で幸せな味わいを広げます。 「一鴨二食」というアヒル肉は炒め物も提供されます。 この炒め物はビールととっても合います。
