Healthier noodle shop! Yes! Feeling guilty just to eat noodles, but knowing a place that really focus on healthy ingredients make me happy. The clam noodles soup taste great and they arrange the clams so beautifully. It’s a treat. The milk tea here is mix with different ingredients with better sugar. 2/3 of the tea are mix with milk. |蛤蜊Plus鍋燒意麵| $130 內容物：高湯、意麵、蔬菜們、雞蛋、蝦子、數不清的蛤蜊、雞肉 讓我特別驚艷的首先這湯頭真的是太絕了，真的是每一口都能喝到滿滿的天然的鮮甜，完全不是那種高湯粉/塊煮出來的味道，怎麼喝都不會膩，再來是這個蛤蜊真的有夠新鮮大顆又飽滿給的量也是不手軟（真的會有種蛤蜊吃不完的錯覺），意麵的軟硬度也掌握的非常適中（意麵的軟硬度真的很重要），菜頭完全沒有奇怪的菜味苦味直接給他入口即化（菜頭煮成這樣超加分），另外通常鍋燒意麵的肉都不會太嫩，但意外的肉超嫩超好吃，最後我是一個不太吃鍋燒意麵蝦子的人，但他們居然連蝦子都讓我覺得好吃🥹
