Very nice establishment with a simple and delicious ramen menu and many side dishes. We had the tomato and miso ramen~ both were tasty though the tomato was a bit sweet for me, as well as the fresh vegetables side dish and grilled red bean mochi (you can also get this as a savory side!)
Spoke with the staff and they use over 20 fruits and vegetables to naturally flavor their ramen broths, which are made fresh daily. There is also a selection of fruits and vegetables for sale, as well as some tasty looking vinegars.
Service was lovely, and I was delighted they timed our mochi to come out right as we were finishing the noodles so they were toasty and warm. Roasted mochi is hard to get right since it must be slow roasted to allow heat to permeate the dense rice cake without burning the outside.
Bottomless genmai cha (roasted barley tea) is light and aromatic. Our cups were never...

I found the spicy broth quite delicious. It's a strong spice with upfront heat, but it doesn't build up over the meal. I found it quite spicy, in a good way, but at the end of the bowl I wasn't overwhelmed either as I could have been if the spice escalated. My wife tried the curry ramen, which is typical of east asian curry, delicious but not particularly spicy.
The sides we had were also wonderful. The grilled tofu was soft inside and the outside was grilled enough to have a little bit of a bite, but it wasn't charred. The croquettes were nice and crisp and served Japanese style with...
Read moreSadly, the broth of the ramen, usually the star of the show was super bland in all flavours we tried. The tomatoe-flavoures one tastes like they used powdered soup, nothing fresh. Noodles were also not ramen noodles and despite asking for them to be more hard they were soggy. Overall, do not recommend coming here, especially as it is far too pricy for offering such a bad flavour. This place should not be called a ramen restaurant just by how bad the food tastes. The people working there are...
