I recently visited Raku Taru and had an overall enjoyable experience. While the food left something to be desired, the restaurant's ambiance, location, and exceptional customer service made up for it.

One aspect that truly stood out during my visit was the exceptional customer service. The staff at Raku Taru are friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, making you feel welcome from the moment you step in. Their dedication to ensuring a pleasant dining experience is commendable and greatly enhances the overall visit.

Another highlight of Raku Taru is its extensive drink selection. If you're a beverage enthusiast, you'll be delighted by the diverse array of drinks available. However, I must admit that the food at Raku Taru didn't quite live up to my expectations. While the yakitori was not bad, it failed to leave a lasting impression. The taste was rather average, lacking the standout flavors I had hoped for. Despite this, it's important to note that taste preferences can be subjective, and others may find the food more to their liking.

In conclusion, Raku Taru offers a vibrant and enjoyable dining experience with its fantastic ambiance, prime location, and top-notch customer service. The extensive selection of drinks is a definite highlight. However, the lackluster yakitori prevents me from giving it a higher rating. I would recommend Raku Taru for those seeking a lively atmosphere and excellent service, but perhaps with tempered expectations for the culinary offerings.

Robatayaki Raku Taru was the best find! High quality food, beautiful aesthetics and attention to detail. Very good value for quality and good service. As tourists we didn't speak mandarin but they were very patient and spoke some English. Ordered the skewer platter, stuffed chicken 'dumpling' wings, beef skewers, vegetable platter and brie with honey and everything we ate was delicious.
