If you are not afraid of pig intestines, this is a must try place for hot pot lovers. The soup is cooked with a pork intestines yet it smells and taste tremendously delicious. 第一次來這分店吃鍋，分店周邊除了有停車格也有停車場，距離餐廳也不會太遠，挺方便的。 午餐時間過來，沒有訂位，當天天氣稍微涼一些，所以訂位有些滿，還好來的早，有位子。 胡椒豬肚雞鍋$380，天氣冷就會想到這一鍋，湯頭有著濃濃的胡椒香味，胡椒豬肚雞鍋一上桌，一定要馬上先喝一碗，身體都暖了起來。因為一起吃飯的人不多，所以點了小鍋，雖然是小鍋但裏頭的雞肉、豬肚給的份量也不少。 這次還點了個仙仙滷味盤$180，這滷味盤有點超乎預期，滷味是最後上菜的，分量還不錯，端上桌時熱騰騰的滷味，很吸引人。滷味分量蠻多的，裏頭的各種滷味都有滷透，滷汁沒有奇怪的中藥味，沾點辣椒粉更好吃。 臘味煲仔飯(小)$180，之前點過北菇滑雞煲仔飯，很好吃，這次換點臘味煲仔飯。煲仔飯一上桌，服務人員馬上會在桌邊幫忙拌勻分成幾碗，還蠻方便的，臘味煲仔飯拌勻後香味還不錯，但覺得北菇滑雞煲仔飯略勝一籌。 牛三寶(Pr 雪花牛、Pr 翼板牛、Pr 牛小排) $780，肉盤上來還蠻壯觀的，三款牛肉的口感都不同，就看個人喜好，整體來說牛肉新鮮分量不錯。 每次來必點的招牌手工蛋餃$150，巨無霸的蛋餃，整個蛋餃口感是比較扎實的，有機會可以試試看。 油條$60，也是吃鍋必點的，油條在湯裡燙一會有滿滿的胡椒香味及辣味，好吃。 千張紙$120，第一次點這個，口感比較扎實一些的豆類製品，一放進湯裡幾秒就能開吃，吃的時候要小心，因為會包些熱湯在中間。 蔬菜類點了大陸妹$90 及玉米筍$100，新鮮分量多，玉米筍甚至還沒吃完打包帶走。
