C.C. House COZY&CHIC, Taipei — Hotel in Taipei

I think this place was a really good find. All other comparable hotels were £15+ more per night, and honestly I was really impressed with my stay.Pros:- Simple check-in process. If no one is there, they have a machine that releases a card and it's super straightforward.- Great location and it felt like it was in the action, without being too busy.- Nice and modern designed. The property does have some flaws (see below) but the nice design made you feel like you were staying in somewhere a lot classier. I think the bathroom was newly renovated too, which helped.- The kitchen (microwave, kettle, water dispenser etc) was really useful.Cons:- The room was quite small, although the bathroom felt spacious.- The walls were quite thin and I did hear some noise from others in the property (hairdryers etc). When you first get to The hotel there is no front door you have to use the elevator to get to the front desk but you have to ring the bell for someone to let you up, then you cant go to any other levels because the elevator card key only goes to your floor only. The rooms are very tiny no room for suit cases and not enough space for 2 people. The shower doors are only half so all the water comes out all over the floor.. there's no breakfast or water provided so you have to go else where to buy...

因為沒有台灣電話號碼 根本就不能聯絡任何相關人士 讓人非常非常無助 身為旅客遇上這樣的情況真的很無言 就連LINE都沒有人回應 還有在1500前要回到飯店要有密碼 這個在入住時並沒有任何說明🤬🤬🤬 只有下了樓後不能回到飯店後 非常無助 飯店是有責任確保這些資訊是有與入住的客人說明 WIFI的密碼也沒有提供🙄 房間隔音超差 床太軟 一切都很差

For foreigners let me translate it for you. This hotel is not foreigner friendly. Do NOT consider this hotel as an accommodation choice. It will make your day get worse. There is no one in the first desk to help you check in and even it is the check in time. The system will show you room is still cleaning. The truth is the room isn’t still cleaning but the system has issues. In order to fix the issue you will have to contact the people with Taiwan phone number. HOWEVER, no one will listen to your phone call. Such a panic attack right? Imagine the helpless situation and no one there to help… Also the lift is not working in the morning you will have to request for password but no one tells you that there is a password, or you need a password to access to the lift before 15:00 local time. So… another helpless and disappointing situation AGAIN… You thought oh that’s it? Opsss there is still WIFI issue. The WIFI password is not provided. Interesting right? They said oh we provide WIFI for you, but the password is not provided in the room and you are not able to find the password anywhere. Hence you will have to find people to ask AGAIN.
