Hot pot 106 has a few branches scattered in Taipei, easily accessible by public transportations

Very famous for its Cantonese Hog Maw (pig belly) pepper soup. The Meat with Pickled Cabbage hot pot is also recommended

Sliced meats look nice with beautiful and fresh lustre, quality are above average; egg dumplings are the must-taste, which are thick and had been fried slightly before you boil them; the dipping sauce is prepared by the restaurant for each guest which I think is very considerate and hygienic

Services are great as waitress/waiters are agile and keen to act upon your needs. Sometimes even before you’ve asked for. However very strict time control against dining duration due to the intensive reservation slots

昨晚大約9點多進去，感覺我們就是11點結束前的最後一組。 環境看上去都是很整潔的，桌子、餐具也都很乾淨。 兩人用餐，一人大約1000元，因為加點滷味拼盤，不然飽度應該剛剛好，以1000元一個人來說東西煮起來並沒有很多，所以CP值很看個人。

我們的時段只能單點，兩個人點了- 小鍋的豬肚湯底、芋頭球、燒臘飯小的、鴻禧菇、蛋餃、娃娃菜、牛三寶、滷味拼盤。

湯頭有很重的黑胡椒味我個人很喜歡，芋頭圓也好吃（裡面芋頭是塊狀煮完一點點芋泥口感），燒臘飯不錯只是肉非常薄小份的兩人一人一小碗旁邊有脆脆的口感很不錯，手工蛋餃也不錯不過肉裡面感覺蠻多味素的，滷味拼盤中規中矩，辣粉有孜然的味道蠻特別的，牛三寶的肉值就是普通的，其他項目正常。

再放完哇哇菜之後，我撈起的那片上有根頭髮，我當下很錯愕是男生的短髮，我和友人都是長髮，不知道是哇哇菜上面的還是湯裡本身的，在事發的時候有當場跟店員反應，那位店員非常淡定的問我們要不要整鍋換掉，幫我們放一樣的料，或是換一盤哇哇菜。當下我們互看我說了不用，沒關係，她再次確認，我又再次說了不用，其實因為我從沒遇過火鍋裡面有頭髮、又有嚴重的潔癖當下真的不知道如何反應😖，我撈起一顆芋頭球吃了，越吃越覺得不行，才麻煩他們幫我們換鍋。 那位服務生的反應很好，但好到讓我覺得是不是很常發生？！再加上有頭髮的那片哇哇菜我放在原本的菜盤上應該要馬上收走才對，後來是我真的越看越不舒服...
