. very salty pizza ( it's the dough NOT ham, that is salty ! ) only provide 1 serving of shaved cheese, NOT Even if we request to pay for the Cheese. order a wine - lied that they do not have unopened bottle. Any order, they would need to open a fresh bottle. I had a sip & felt that spending more would give me a better experience so asked if i could purchase the whole bottle. To my surprised, staff replied that the glass I had was from an opened bottle, thus I would need to pay for additional new bottle. What an absurb reply.

SUM. not worth the effort to make a visit - though they might have gotten award. in their effort to defend their rigidness & ignoring the possibilties of offering a possible better dinning experiences, staffs uses insincere...

Nice, comfortable decor, good service. With a genuine Napoli oven from Italy, this restaurant (with 3 locations) offers not only authentic pizza, but also home made pasta. Salad was small ($140), but fresh tasting. The pizzas were quite good, fresh mazzarella from Italy, tomato sauce also tasted fresh, ham had good flavors. Unfortunately, I thought the dough, though baked just right, somehow lacked that dough umami. Don't know if they used double zero flour or whether that's what was missing. Also thought the ingredients/sauces coverage on the pizza was not even and close to the rim. Being from NY, I prefer better better and more even coverage to avoid leaving too much...

Heard they served genuine Italian pizzas so thought try it out as was passing . Welcome was underwhelming but sat down to browse through the rather extensive menu. I choose a pizza and asked to add mushrooms expecting a “ no problem “. Instead 3 members of staff defended their policy of not being able to modify any dish despite them assuring us they were freshly made from order. We were totally shocked at their attitude using pathetic excuses as to their inflexibility! You get more flexibility at McDonalds! An authentic Italian restaurant? Decided in the end to just leave and go to eat at a similar Italian around the corner - great pizza...
