gourmet choice. One of the few restaurants which I rate with 4 stars. Truly Cantonese cuisine without being compromised with local taste. Every dish is precisely prepared and cooked. My first visit dated 20+ years ago. The chef just looked very Cantonese and very kitchen driven. Heavy smoker. Bad temper. Unfortunately he passed away a few years ago. Fortunately his son inherits all the cooking skills, of course through some learning curve. Now He junior can control almost all dishes and usher them in authentic Cantonese flavors. Meals are so so but comparatively ok! But the kitchen and the waitress service is subpar! They missed my order and need the customer to remind them again and again before they found out the did miss my order, which I had placed 45 minutes ago. The fish was overcooked. A seafood restaurant owned and operated by Hong Kong Chinese immigrants. The standard of seafood dishes is excellent, especially steamed fishes, lobsters, and soya sauce prawns. Meat and vegetable dishes are also good, and the portion can be adjusted depending on heads per table. The only drawback is that the restaurant is crowded and pretty noisy at peak hours.
