Easily one of the best bbq places I ve been to. The ingredients were fresh and everything was good. Quality meat is something one expects when visiting a bbq place. Highly recommend! Great place for any yakiniku / meat lover to celebrate birthday. This new store is more spacious than the other one we’ve visited before and it has a nice ambiance. One of the staff Kate went the extra mile and she’s awesome. We’d definitely come back...

因為可愛的凱特慕名而來 結果好吃到破表💯

我本來是有點怕吃牛舌 那種跟牛舌喇機的感覺 我沒有很愛

大概是吃過超厚牛舌燒烤 咬不斷 看到菜單的牛舌燒肉片薄博的 這樣很可以喔~

在凱特大力推薦下 我們也點了慢燉牛舌蛋花湯 一上菜 我那厚牛舌陰影有點上身 不過還是勇敢吃了一口!

哇超嫩! 完全可以 不會咬不爛 輕咬即斷 入口即化 湯底清爽 完全溫暖人心! 凱特說牛舌進貨時 是整條牛舌進來 他們依照不同牛舌部位做處理烹調!!! 只能給大拇指 而且還是兩隻手👍👍

邊吃邊給出滿滿情緒價值 好吃到在原地手舞足蹈 心想怎麼可以烤什麼都很嫩ㄚ~

我敢肯定凱特的烤功絕對占比很高

但凱特也偷偷告訴我們

很多肉類他們都有特別處理 像是預先斷筋-讓肉Q嫩友彈性 不會嚼不爛 還有本店特製醃料-讓每到肉品不過死鹹 算清淡的醃料（本身吃的清淡 覺得剛好）

如果你想要加重口味 不要客氣 請跟服務人員說 想要辣椒醬/昆布鹽/白色山葵醬 他們也有秘製炒辣椒醬 (頗辣)

白色山葵醬與炙燒比目魚蓋飯 絕配! 白山葵醬 比較辣! 一問之下才知道是阿里山的山葵

每到肉品的盤子上也會刷上薄薄的麻油 增加肉品的香氣 雖然都是小細節但是全部堆疊起來完全美味 🤤🤌

最後面的甜點烤麻吉 凱特告訴我們金箔的小秘密想知道嗎? 自己去吃就會知道了

說完食物多美味

也要大力稱讚最佳最美服務員"凱特” 雖然之後來這裡吃燒烤 妳可能不在這裡

天啊‼️妳怎麼這麼會烤
