The boss greeted me by asking if I had this before. Told him this would be my very first experience. He gave me a full lecture of 燃麵, more importantly, he assured me of authentic cuisine. Well, it’s on the spicy side but the aroma of spices is so great that I dived in and finished it in no time. Wonton soup wasn’t anything to write home about. 千萬不要去吃 ，又貴又難吃 。

真想當面問老闆 ，你憑什麼賣這麼 昂貴的價錢 ？

麵類 沒什麼香味 ，料頭就一點點肉燥而已 ，湯頭卻嗆辣到 難以下咽 ，輕啜一小口就猛咳，我是能吃辣的人 。

抄手勉強 60 分 （10 小顆 / 100 元）。

紅燒紹子麵（小碗 110 元）。

小菜點了滷豆皮（40 元） ，是乾癟 、口感硬 ，老闆加了一點油膏 ，鹹 ，連 蔥花都沒有 。

消費金額 250 元 ，絕對不會再上門當 二百五 。

不如在家吃泡麵 ，還便宜多了 。

🌟紅油抄手 $100 台北的紅油抄手有名的就是美景紅油抄手、川渝小吃坊，我個人也滿喜歡福大的紅油抄手，這三家的路術各不相同，像是美景紅油抄手講究的是平衡感以及抄手的肉感，川渝小吃坊則是重麻香，福大則是大量使用花生粉。 宜賓燃麵的抄手的皮感比較重，所以吸收湯汁也會比較飽滿一點，湯汁微麻微辣甚至帶點酸，第一口覺得普通，但吃到後來會慢慢發汗，相當的過癮，朋友還差點把他的湯喝光，爽死啦!!!

🌟宜賓燃麵 $110 裡面的香料多到一個無法言語，光是攪拌均勻就花了一兩分鐘，第一口吃下去也是跟紅油抄手一樣，衝擊性不會很強烈，但是越吃越過癮，我非常肯定他的香料等級是很不錯的，而且醬汁真的太美妙，我跟朋友吃完都是豎起大拇指，之前在大陸吃到的也很難跟這碗比

我覺得是這樣，你花個50元應該就可以在外面吃到一碗80分的，但是你得花到$110才能在宜賓燃麵吃到100分的，值得嗎?...
