WILD MEAL 野飯甜蒸烤餐盒專売 — Restaurant in Zhongzheng District

The steamed sea bass (bone removed) was indeed a wild meal because it was so good. I’ve also had the Thai chicken leg and it’s another banger. The portion sizes are generous. Healthy, actually delicious, and nourishing meal for those that like to keep a clean diet. I love the simple set-up and the lines move quickly even at height of rush hour. They are whipping these out at lightning speed without compromising on quality and presentation.

If you are placing an order in-person, order via queue to the left and ONLY when your number is called (via the display) queue to the right to pick-up. They are processing on-line orders and in-person orders in batches I think. 這家我吃過好幾次 餐點味道很不錯，值得5顆星

但取餐的程序混亂到實在令人不敢領教

雖然櫃檯後方有貼「現場點餐」與「網路取餐」兩張告示

看似好像分成兩區 但現場動線紊亂 完全不知道從何排起

大部分的時候 「現場點餐」會有一條清晰的隊伍 「網路取餐」則往往亂成一團，所有人都擠在櫃檯前想快點取餐，根本很難有隊伍得以依循

且其實該店櫃檯「只有一台收銀機」 然後只有「臨櫃現金付款」一途

換句話說 無論你怎麼排隊 都還是得向櫃檯操作收銀機的人員付款

我自己平時取餐的習慣是這樣：

儘管早早在網路訂好餐 但因為不想去「網路取餐」那區跟別人擠來擠去 所以我寧可花點時間在「現場點餐」的隊伍排隊等候報到並付帳 也都沒有發生過任何問題

但今天我真的很幸運

12:00到場時 「網路取餐」同樣亂哄哄擠成一團 「現場點餐」則有大概四五個人在排隊 我於是按照慣例乖乖到「現場點餐」區排隊

終於輪到我時 我表明自己是網路取餐的 錢也掏出來要付款了

這位站「現場點餐」區且負責操作收銀機的小姐 卻立刻臉色一沉 要我去旁邊「網路取餐」那邊排隊

當下我有點錯愕 怎麼平常可以今天不行了？ 且話又說回來 我不也排了隊等著付款取餐？有什麼理由不服務我？ 重點是當時「我身後並沒有其他現場要點餐的客人」

接著我望向右方 右邊的「網路取餐」區難得形成了一條等候的隊伍

這下換我為難了

我於是反問櫃檯小姐：

「那我現在是要直接排到右邊去？還是要從最後面開始排？」

豈料就這麼一句提問 這位負責操作收銀機的小姐不知怎地就被激怒了！

當下她非常大聲地吼我：

「下次麻煩從右邊那條排隊！網路取餐都是要從那裡排！」

我真是看傻眼了 眼見她如此失態 頓時也沒興趣跟她爭辯

雖然她這樣說聽起來很像是 她要破例從「現場點餐」幫我拿「網路取餐」了

但我還是不想被人當成奧客 扭頭就走到右邊網路取餐隊伍 從最後方重新排起 最終順利領到了我得來不易的網路預訂餐

總結一下這家店的問題：

1.排隊動線紊亂卻死不改善，真心建議使用紅龍清晰分區 2.光是貼出分區告示卻不清晰分區，且仍只用一台收銀機結帳的話，乾脆只開放排一條隊伍吧，等客人輪到自己時再向櫃檯表明是「現場點餐」或「網路取餐」就好 3.工作人員情緒控管很差，沒看...
