Their nundus standard has dropped. And so has their service. I always pass there and don't see many customers. Therefore I wonder shouldn't service and waters be more attentive and polite. However today I called to place an order. This has happened with me before too but today I had to mention it for awareness and request for the owner to look into this. So while the guy says let me write your order I hear him shouting for a pen. Then he leaves the phone and picks up another. After 2 mins another guy comes and says I can continue order. Now this surprises me. So I ask what order of mine has been penned till now and he says 2 bihari kabab. I was like silent and said leave it. Better to order from else where. The quantity has dropped like if you order chicken boti you can literary count the pcs and they charge high. The quality of some bbq items have also dropped. I always loved to go to Balls because of its rustic ambience and some barbeques food which is very tasty. But this attitute has truely put me off completely. At times when u go there the waiters don't even budge from their chair they just sit and wait as to who will go to take the order and believe me the whole restaurant may have 2 tables filled with 4 people max. The ambiance and interior are warm and inviting,but the staff seemed undertrained. Dirty plates were initially brought to our table, and we had to remind the server for glasses three times.

When the bill came, they had written it together with someone else's bill at the top which was folded and ours down. So I asked whose order is this, this isn't our order- so the waiter tried his best to keep telling me, no this is not yours, read here down only-he wasn't allowing me to open the whole receipt.

I wonder why they might be using one receipt for multiple customers. This behavior raises questions about transparency.

The portions were too small For instance, we ordered crispy chicken with Schezwan sauce. The sauce portion was minimal, and when we requested more, we were charged extra. The justification provided—"this is the nature of their business"—felt dismissive and unprofessional.

The Sekela we ordered was bland and lacked the flavors we were expecting. The presence of numerous houseflies was concerning and detracted from the dining experience.

Our experience at bali's was incredibly disappointing. We placed our order around 9:30 pm, only to be told to wait for a table due to high occupancy. Understandable, but what followed was unacceptable. After waiting for over an hour, we were informed that our food was ready, yet no tables were available. We finally managed to secure a table around 11:00 pm, only to wait another half hour for our food, which never arrived.
