KFC Diamond Plaza — Restaurant in Dar es-Salaam

I dont like writing negative reviews, but the customer service is POOR, There is this lady (black, not that tall,medium size) in order section, she is very rude, i mean VERY RUDE.

May be because the franchise is near the hostel, so she thinks all customers who appear young are students.

Waiting time Had to wait 25 minutes for chickens to be ready like damn what the hell.

Expectations Lower your expectations when visiting this area. You will be disappointed.

Hygene Servants are touching their noses, their faces, even though they are wearing masks and gloves, but use the same things to serve us.

The lady who took my order messed up the opder what wherever wexsaid she wote incorrectly we ordered secen up she sent passion She said order will be delivered in half hour but she forgotcto place the order we got the order after one hour even after calling twice

The order was delivered very very cold and fries seems to be made of wood so hard

They were fast is the inly good thing. I ordered streetwise 3 w large fries to go. I opened the box to find 3 tiny pieces of overcooked chicken, including a wing!Seriously?! And the fries were burnt. Every time I order reminds me why I don’t usually order from KFC Tanzania. They use a to go order as an excuse to give you the worst chicken pieces.
