A good ambiance with a beautiful view, food is good, service is bit slow but with such a 360 degree view of city everyone wants it to be slow and good..

But at the end we were surprise with attitude of waiter, he asked for the tip and we said we are not carrying cash and payment is through card, so he stood there for 5 minutes like we are bound to give tip or we had made a huge mistake of not tipping him and when I strongly said we dont have cash, he asked from my wife for tip, this was bit not expected from such a beautiful dine in, and this happened only last time, and before to this we had visited this restaurant around 4 times, never came close to such incident, dont know whether one waiter was not in mood to serve or he was expecting a huge tip..

I had planned on visiting it for a long time for the unique revolving restaurant experience. However, that's all there was about it - a gorgeous city view with average food, decor, and service. The menu had many choices, but most seafood options weren't available (on a Sunday night). The cocktails were decent but not great. We ordered pasta and chicken 65. The pesto pasta was delicious, but the Alfredo was just OK.

The decor was nice and didn't distract from the outside view (which is the highlight). The restaurant revolves slowly and completes a round only in about 2 hours, which is perfect. However, we were surprised when the staff asked us to wrap up by 10.30 pm, which is extremely early by Dar standards.
