Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Dar es-Salaam

I refuse to return to this location. It’s unfortunate because the pizza wasn’t too bad. However, the customer service was absolutely terrible—the worst I’ve ever experienced. I visited between the hours of 6-7pm. The staff was more concerned with sharing stories than actually providing service to their customers. The ladies, especially, served us with attitudes—even the supervisor. As hungry as I was, I wanted to take my money back and look for another restaurant that provided better service. Unfortunately, our order was already in place. The tables also needed to be cleaned. We sat at a table with scraps, a half finished sofa, and used napkins as we waited for our order. We ordered Tropical Chicken Pizza Large Size paid 27000shs total online through piki for our Anniversary but The pizza is NOT to the mark at all as we always have tropical chicken pizza from pegeout house but this has no taste at all THE FOUR is actually tasting bitter and rotten.

Hardly any taste or hardly any chicken or cheese on it. Just full of capsicums and flour is having wierd bitter taste.
