Raudhat Sugar World — Restaurant in Dar es-Salaam

I am one of the regular or daily customer to raudhat i buy strawberry popsicle daily (everyday) for years now and I never complained 2 days back I bought 6 strawberry popsicle and realized it is expired as taste is different I called after 30 min only after purchase and explained he didn't took it seriously again next day I called the lady says I just entered shift I dont know anything and I brief her again and she never called me back today is 3rd day my point is not refund but I should get for what I paid for also no response i asked for contact no of owner they refused and also 0 customer service i am very old client but I feel sorry to say their response is disappointing and they or owner...

I have to use my other account This is very good and strangr about your reply being sincere online but in reality you have refused your staff not to sell to me cuz I posted online and demanded them until i remove my previous review then they will sell popsicle how shameful currently I am at your store and popsicle are available i got cash in hand but literally your staff is telling me sorry we can't sell to you so it mean now UNABAGUAA watejaa this is not right my kids are waiting...

📍 Located in town easily accessible parking issues though as samora avenue has a little parking. Though there is a parking ground nearby. It is in located inside the mall and there are tables and sits available
