I will begin by pointing out I've been in the industry 20 years, and have owned a bar and restaurant that hires live entertainment for 15 years. If the price would have been about 800 baht per person, I would have understood why so many things here SUCK. But sadly, they charged 2000 per person for all you can eat "tapas" (shameful to even call them that), what was actually good food as a meal, and one glass of the worst sparkling white wine I've ever tasted (instant headache.) And the WORST "rapper" that has ever existed. From the beginning just attempting to make a reservation, I had bad service. The girl on the phone told me to WhatsApp them to make a reservation. Then they got back to me one hour later, asking if I wanted a reservation. We'd already spoken about it. Then nothing.... I called 6 times, and they never answered their phone again. So we just went anyway, and they did have a reservation for us at the worst possible seat. No leg room and super high eating space from where you sit on the roof edge bar. When we arrived, they made us pay UP FRONT before we even got anything (EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL PRACTICE) I also noticed other peoplewere charged after not first. The owner charged an extra 3% on top like a small thai restaurant or something would do, not a supposedly fancier tapas restaurant. Pretty cheap if I'm being honest. When we were told on the phone about tapas, they never said it was a tapas buffet, which literally contradicts what Tapas are... ala carte! This was a buffet of deep-fried appetizers. A couple of which were ok, but all were cold, and some were just bad. If the girl on the phone had just been honest, I would have chosen a different place for dinner. If these are the kind of tapas you cook all year long, then you need to study tapas before you go calling them that. I will say the filet mignon I ordered was fantastic. But I ordered it rare. So that's not something anyone can really mess up. I just wanted to be safe after what I saw that they called "tapas" So I will fully acknowledge that this as NYE... and perhaps things were busier than they are used to. But the fact is that I could have done a better job serving customers with myself and 3 other employees than this place did with a serving staff of 9! (Including bar tenders, which is how my restaurant operates) I can buss, bartend, serve, and seat new customers for 50 people with my manager alone! I'm not here to compare though, just saying that with a serving staff of NINE for about 70 people (max) it shouldn't take me 20 minutes to get one beer, or 10 minutes to be acknowledged by a server. Then I ordered a vodka soda that took 30 minutes, and 3 different servers to take my order and pass it to the bar. Then when our food came out, it was pretty quick, but they only brought my girlfriend's food. I had to wait another 25 minutes to get my food! Why not cook them at the same time?! And if they missed it ok no problem, it's a RARE tenderloin, 5 MINUTES total cook time! The most completely embarrassing part of this whole scenario is that the owner was present the entire time, talking to friends and drinking. All he would have needed to do is jump behind the bar for 10 minutes and help organize the chaos. Oh I can't forget to mention the "rapper" they hired. A shrill voiced small girl that used the f word for no reason way too frequently. Just while speaking. So trashy. She also couldn't rhyme dog with frog if she could even put a verse together. Some of the worst music I've ever heard. Whoever did the sound should have immediately recognized that the mic was on echo effect, just magnifying how terrible she was. The owner should really be embarrassed. Lastly, when we were ready to leave, they tried to charge us again for the 4000 baht dinner "package" AND other people's beers! They had to go back twice to change our bill and then made me present a receipt like I was lying!!! I hope the owner reads this and takes to heart the honest criticism I'm giving him. From owner to owner this needs to be a wakeup call....

We came for a drink and we had a good time at the rooftop bar. HOWEVER; when we asked for the bill and got our change we realized that instead of having 5 bills of total 290 we got 5 bills of total of 110.
We asked them nicely that there might be a mistake; they came with their cctv saying that “look we gave you a 5 bills”. We were in complete shock even the bartender was with us when we received a ye bills but nobody cared and they started acting like nothing is wrong.
The lying and pretending like nothing is wrong by them specially the cashier lady is absolutely rude, unprofessional and mistreating. For this there will be no trust and no respect of the place for ever!
UPDATE
Reading their reply to my review, with everything they are claiming SURPRISINGLY to be in their side and suddenly we are the bad guys!
Accusing my wife of putting some bills in her purse and putting other bills back is absurd. Moreover, threatening us of escalating to authority is beyond me just because I submitted a review of my awful and disrespectful treatment we got.
Well I guess there are two sides to every story; and even with the CCTV your staff CANNOT confirm to us that she gave us the right bills just as we couldn’t convince them that we didn’t receive the right amount.
We payed around 700THB and you still think we are dying to claim our missing a 150THB! This is ridiculous and your comment about our review proved to us how your establishment doesn’t trust customers along with the shocking threatening tone you have which in no way justifies how you communicate with a customers who raise a complaint when they are mistreated.
My comments still stands and you made it worse with the...
Read moreI don’t know have y’all ran or experienced a fully booked bistro before.. But this New Year’s celebration is a mess honestly. English is not my native language, but my experience is so bad that I should try hard to tell if someone cares.
My order have been lost for 3-4 times, each time I ask waiters how long should I wait my food or drink that I had wait for almost 2 hours, they always ask me same question: what have you ordered?
And the hilarious thing is even my food finally serve they are all cold, greasy and salty.(Yes, we eat them all, but that’s because we don’t want waste food which charge us 1400bath/each person.) And we do not get the dessert when we leave, tired of asking and waiting. And of course, these things not just happen on me, also on other tables, too.( Because I notice there are guests keep find waiters ask their food or drink)
If you want to host a special celebration and set a minimum order, at least you should make sure the quality of service.
And the things should compliment is my friend and I felt welcome at the beginning when a guy try to greet with us before we...
