My review is for the Infinity Jetlag Facial and deluxe spa pedicure (OPI). Upon my early arrival, I was greeted by two pleasant ladies who made me feel very welcome. The waiting area was decorated in pleasant minty and neutral tones, and relaxation music was playing in the background to ease you into a relaxed state. As I went early, it was not very busy. Soon after, I received their signature welcome drink with fruit salad (i only drink water, so cannot comment on taste). The cool towel also helped me after being in the hot Bangkok streets! Before my facial and pedicure, I received a quick foot scrub and changed my shoes into slippers. I was then whisked away to a private room, where the facial took place. It was very serene in the room and the bed was very comfortable. The aesthetician was very well trained and the facial steps and products were as specified. She really worked her magic on my face, whilst scrubbing and applying the creams, she gave me very pleasant and soft face massages. Whilst the radiance mask was absorbed, she massaged my neck, shoulders, arms and legs. It was very relaxing and I melted into the bed. At the end of the facial, she also stretched out my back and neck in Thai massage style, which was definitely a bonus. It was then time to go downstairs for my pedicure. I did find I was waiting for a while for someone to say hi, but once they got there, it was very efficient. I noticed they sterilise the cutting equipment, which is very good. They had a huge range of colours to choose from also. I opted for the standard nail polish. It was a very good application because after two weeks, including two days of beach and pool, it has not chipped or flaked! (My normal salon gel polish lasts 1 week before it flakes). I was very impressed after my feet were scrubbed and exfoliated, hard skin removed, the lady slathered on some thick balm and wrapped my feet. After my feet felt amazingly soft!!! (I had tried a paraffin mask a month earlier for the first time somewhere else which only burnt my feet and did nothing for softness). Overall, I highly recommend this spa for its clean and friendly ambiance. I would go there more often for the facial, but it is a little out of the way for me. The normal massages seem a bit pricey for Bkk, that is my...
Read moreThis place is truly amazing and magical. All staff are highly trained professionals. Everytime I am in Bangkok I make sure I visit Infinity Spa for a little "me time". When you come in for your appointment- everybody welcomes you with a kind smile, mango sticky rice (yum❤️), an ice tea (calming, relaxing and detoxing) and a cold towel for refreshment. Then one of the lovely ladies comes and explains you the steps of your treatments, massages etc.- you decide on the massage oil you want and what kind of massage therapist you prefer. After deciding all of that- your therapist comes and takes you to the 1st floor to settle in, they help you to take off your shoes, wash your feet so gently that you already start feeling relaxed, then they gave you sleepers. Next, you go to the 2nd or upper floor to your treatment. Mani, pedi, facial or massages. I have tried all of their services and they always beyond my expectations. When I do mani or pedi I feel like I am in heaven. The comfy chairs, interior design and music makes you feel like you are in fact in heaven! Also they way the therapist touches your hands or feet - gentle and with care - makes you fall asleep in a minute ☺️ All the staff there is so special and also they all make you feel like you are the guest of honor 🙂 They pay immaculate attention to every detail of your stay- from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. Couple of times it happened I just left my sunglasses and phone on the table with magazines next to the manicure station, my therapist came with a cute small white tray and put my personal things on it, making sure it's in my reach. Once you done with your treatments, you go back downstairs and there is another ice tea waiting for you and fruit salad so you can slowly go back to the earth after such an amazing experience. In the end, one of the ladies comes over with the bill and asks you for your thoughts on your visit and services. What a journey ! Everytime I am there- I feel like I enter my special peace of 7heaven. Plus the place is super clean !!! If you want unforgettable experience and professionals taking care of you- you must visit Infinity Spa. Thank you for always making sure I am well taken care...
Read moreI've tried so many massage places in BKK (health land, let's relax, panpuri, other misc ones) and this is by far my favorite!!! I think I went like 4 times in a 1 week and a half LOL and each time I left sooooo super relaxed and feeling better since I have intense training volume (I run 30 miles a week, play pickleball 5+ hours a week, strength train 3x a week and do pilates 2-3x a week!)
Lucky is my favorite massage therapist. I normally only see female therapists but he is super professional and very good at telling what your body needs (e.g. can tell if my calves are super tight even without my circling them and focuses on it, can tell when I was cold and added extra towels). Also, many therapists don't know how to massage muscles correctly and just use tons of pressure which can be kinda effective but can also just really hurt/bruise/be ineffective. He is very good at coaxing your muscles to really relax and let go. He's also very strong which is another problem I sometimes have with female therapists who can't sustain the force required to adequately massage muscle. Highly recommend! I always felt comfortable, safe and well looked after - overall the environment is super professional, clean and thoughtful.
I know it's more expensive than other massages you can get in BKK but IMO it is well worth it especially if you're going to spend hours (I regularly did 2-3 hour massages LOL
