We saved the best for last on our Bangkok trip and ended with a delightful dinner at Bona Thai. The restaurant itself has a lovely ambiance, perfect for a special occasion.

We indulged in the classic Tom Kha Gai, a flavorful fried rice, and the quintessential Pad Thai. Now, let me tell you, the food was absolutely delicious! Every bite was bursting with flavor, but for those of us who enjoy a little more kick, be warned – the spice level might be a tad "westernised," meaning a bit milder than you might expect from authentic Thai cuisine.

Don't get me wrong, it was still incredibly tasty, but we couldn't help but wonder if we were missing out on the full fiery experience!

Price-wise, it's definitely justifiable considering the elegant setting and the quality of the food.

I was looking for a reataurant close to my hotel (Royal Orchid, Sheraton), when I spotted Bona. Looking through the window from the outside of the restaurant, it looked empty. A Thai restaurant that is serving fusion Thai foods for foreigners. Definitely not authentic,well decor restaurant with top notch service. Seating is comfy and nice ambient.-5* Foodwises, as my family are all Thai, so we find foods lack Thai flavours. Roast pork is pretty bland and skin not crisp.
