Seating is comfy and nice ambient.-5* Foodwises, as my family are all Thai, so we find foods lack Thai flavours. Roast pork is pretty bland and skin not crisp. Pineapple fried rices is not bad, pretty tasty but tad on sweet side. The famous yam seafood is very spicy and sour. The chicken wings and mornings Glory is acceptable good.--3.5* If you are near Sheraton Hotel maybe not a bad choice for Fusion Thai foods.

Wow! This was a very exciting surprise. We were looking for a place nearby for our last dinner in Thailand and what a pleasure it was to eat here (on Christmas eve). The waitress was super friendly and welcoming. The Tom Yum Gai we order was the very best I had during my stay in Thailand. The Pad Thai was good, and the mixed vegetables were great. I should have said lever 3 spicy as they definitely killed the spice bc I am not Thai, but after adding some chili oil and other spices everything was delicious. Highly recommend.

We saved the best for last on our Bangkok trip and ended with a delightful dinner at Bona Thai. The restaurant itself has a lovely ambiance, perfect for a special occasion.

We indulged in the classic Tom Kha Gai, a flavorful fried rice, and the quintessential Pad Thai. Now, let me tell you, the food was absolutely delicious! Every bite was bursting with flavor, but for those of us who enjoy a little more kick, be warned – the spice level might be a tad "westernised," meaning a bit milder than you might expect from authentic Thai cuisine.

Don't get me wrong, it was still incredibly tasty, but we couldn't help but wonder if we were missing out on the full fiery experience!

Price-wise, it's definitely justifiable considering the elegant setting and the quality of the food.

If you're looking for a refined and enjoyable Thai dining experience in Bangkok, Bona Thai is definitely worth checking out. Just be sure to let them know if you want your next meal to have a bit more of a...

I was looking for a reataurant close to my hotel (Royal Orchid, Sheraton), when I spotted Bona. Looking through the window from the outside of the restaurant, it looked empty. The restaurant decor was basic. A menu was kept on a table which was outside the restaurant for guests to peruse. I looked at the menu and noticed that its content had continental and Thai cuisine.
