Carrot coffee cnx — Restaurant in Chiang Mai Province

I usually do not give bad stars instead I just don’t post them at all. Sadly I want to share this one, here’s why. There’s an unhappy young lady who works behind the coffee machines and always extremely angry towards the customers. This is not the first time I encountered her behaviour, this is very consistent as I visited them 3 times. They have quite nice coffee & cool places to work with your laptop to be honest. Afterall it’s a pity that you will have to be treated like a total sh*t and feel like you are also paying for extra insults alongside some cappuccino. My advice to them: if you have anger management problems and deeply hate people then please do not work in a coffee shop or service sector in general. I don’t think I will visit here again. Food wise- we split a sandwich and it was quite good, soft bread, and well toasted. Drink-wise- this point connects to the poor service. Very little descriptions of the drinks and we felt unwelcome to ask any further questions, due to the cold nature of the staff. The drinks seemed overpriced and underwhelming. Atmosphere- it seemed to be a good place to work. The courtyard is a big plus and there is a nice mixture of natural light and cold AC inside. Service- the low-point of the experience. From the moment we walked in we felt as if we were a burden to the barista. We received 0 help about any of our questions and felt rushed.
