J-Ju Coffee — Restaurant in Chiang Mai Province

A nice, homey feel like that of a living room. Small space with big, comfy chairs. Great coffee and a slew of locals that appear to be regulars. I came here on a tip that it was a good place to work on my computer, however, and I was severely disappointed by this misleading information. Unless you want to sit outside in the heat, the tables are much too short for computer work to be done. On top, the owner only allowed me to use my charging cable for fifteen minutes. Lovely people but the beans on offer are the WORST to use for any milk based drinks! There is no harmony it’s just overpowering espresso , I struggled to finish my latte (and I drink 6 cups a day)- this being Chiang mai and this being a hardcore coffee city, the coffee here for me was shockingly disappointing! The drink was also just not made to perfection, burned milk, no latte art - I was crying on the inside as to why have all this amazing equipment if you don’t invest into the art of coffee? Sadly unless you want to drink...

I think they changed owner or the concept. Only espresso based coffee, in a take away cup, no food served, no manual espresso machine. You can drink your coffee in the very tiny place in front of the counter, the inside appears to be closed.

It's not particularly comfy nor has any vibe, coffee was good enough, it's easy to grab one and go on...
