Minimal Coffee Maker — Restaurant in Chiang Mai Province

The most beautiful most laid back coffee shop in Chiangmai. I am ashamed of the negative reviews here by spoiled brat tourists. The Americano is excellent! This is obviously a non commercial venture to simply provide a service to all the people who love this park. The views through the huge glass windows are second to none. The air conditioning will save your life on a hot day. Please stop posting negative reviews and support the young people who are working here for obviously low wages. I have never seen coffee this cheap at other shops in chiangmai even on the street. ( So now I came back here after almost a year and there is a complete make over new furnishings bright lighting and the latest HipHop music and the Americano went up...

The coffee house that was previously in Buak Haad Park prior to 'MINIMAL' was totally useless and always empty. Anything would have been better than that, but luckily MInimal came along and it is a complete difference.

Good coffee and snacks, plus pleasant and efficient staff. Mediumly priced, and worth it here where you have fantastic park views outside or cool (a/c) air inside.

I visited because I heard that I could choose roasting beans, but there was nothing like that.

We had lattes and they were very ordinary. In a town replete with great coffee shops serving exceptional lattes this was disappointing.

The service was indifferent, which given the high level of exceptional service we’ve become accustomed to in Chiang Mai felt almost rude.

The staff are not exactly friendly. Nice location though.
