I had the most incredible dining experience at the Omakase restaurant at Hotel Sensai. It was exceptional — the ambiance was refined and intimate, the service was attentive without being intrusive, and every course was a true work of art.

The chef’s precision, creativity, and use of the freshest ingredients made each bite memorable. Each dish was perfectly balanced, beautifully presented, and thoughtfully explained. It was not just a meal, but a culinary journey that delighted all my senses.

This is absolutely the place to go in Chiang Mai. I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone visiting or staying at Hotel...

Aanrader! We went for the 16 course premium menu. The experience is fantastic. The small dishes are prepared in front of you by the chef. Restaurant has only 8 seats . When we had our dinner we the family we had a private experience. The first 8 dishes were very diverse and mix of different kitchens but almost always with a Japanese twist. We had oysters, a5 wagyu, sashimi,... the next 6 were fresh made sushi and we ended with some Japanese soup and a cheese cake dessert. Food was delicious and the service was perfect. Thank you chef for this...

Despite our multiple attempts to secure a reservation via telephone, we were unable to reach anyone. Upon arrival at the reception, we were informed that we could not be accommodated due to the lack of a reservation. Observing the restaurant's vacancy, we found this to be a significant disappointment, particularly as we were seeking a pleasant and refined dining experience during our evening...

Our first Omakase dining experience was made memorable with great food by Chef Tay and Chef JeDi, service by Yoshio, and ambience of the restaurant. We had a 10-course lunch that was an explosion of flavours, subtle yet powerful and balanced. We were also given complimentary champagne as it was the new year's eve and also extra 2 courses. Thank you so much! Highly recommended!
