So excited GROON is now doing brunch - EVERY DAY! We sampled several dishes and enjoyed them all. The salads have a great mix of greens with a bright dressing, the wagyu truffle toast is decadent, the salmon on sourdough with orange is an amazing pairing, the pumpkin soup is silky with perfect spicing, the egg on a bagel had special sausage, the pancakes were spot on, and lastly, my favorite, the pasta with bacon and chili - WOW. Quite spicy and full of garlic, I couldn't get enough. They don't serve alcohol, but instead have some fun mocktails and of course very brunchy coffee and tea drinks which they do to perfection. Next door is their sister shop Cheevit Cheeva, for bingsu, so we topped everything off with an earl grey bingsu, and I hear their salty egg bingsu is also phenomenal. The earl grey came with tapiocas that tasted like toasted marshmellows and complemented the sweet milkiness of the bingsu. The interior is fresh and modern but inviting, and a great escape from the hustle of Nimman. Looking forward to returning soon and sampling more...

Yr food is good so as I go no where at all I called and request a pickup right in front of your shop. Yr staff have to walk 5 steps to drop me n the car but as they did they also said we don't and we won't do again. 5 steps walk and to give me coffee with bread along with I told how much change to bring along but yet they refused. Groon cafe is just beside Cheevit Cheeva cafe where they share the same location side by side.
Good thing Groon cafe is open around 8am and I was their first customer. The cafe is quaint and zenty.
It gave me the feeling of a Japanese bakery. Kawaiiii!
Decided to settle for a cuppa of cappuccino, lemon cake and cream cheese garlic butter bun.
The cappuccino was temperature was just nice, not too hot nor cold.
A mouthful of the cream cheese garlic butter bun awaken my taste bud. It was buttery and moist with the cream cheese. (my favourite btw) Aroi mak mak!
Completed my breakie with a citrusy lemon cake! The cake was flaky and the lemon icing seal the deal! I would have prefer a more moist cake.
Service was friendly...
