Pegasus Café & Roastery — Restaurant in Chiang Mai Province

I had been here in late February 2023. I ordered a cuppacinno, and I found that the taste was just normal. During my stay at about 3:00 pm, a Chinese lady from Mainland China shouted loudly from the 2/F room (she and her family stayed at 2F room), then the quiet environment has been spoiled. Luckily, I met a very friendly female Thai owner who called Nom, and we chatted a lot about property here, and she gave me certain valuable advice. When she was asked about whether I could i look at the room there, she tried her best to show me everything. The room was nice and clean. To me, Nom was very capable as she had to handle all the incoming guests, stock taking, and accounting of the restaurant, unlike her husband only focused on coffee making, haha !

This place is within the Old Town. It is really nice and quiet as it is situated on one dead ended road. The coffee shop and hotel have their own gate, so it is safe...

I am from st lucia and thats way in the Caribbean...my wife told me soo much about this Cafe and how unique the style was of creating traditional coffee there.

I finally made my way there and I haven't even order my coffee as yet and was blown away by the friendliness and welcoming hospitality..

Finally got my coffee and it was nothing like I have ever tasted before, my espresso was well balanced, the cream was just the right colour and the coffee would just melt away on your mouth.

Then I tried the cold brew, it had hints of raspberry, very light and refreshing, I could have had atleast a 2nd round of it but I had to taste the signature coffee.

Now that's the one that made me want to tell the rest of the world about this place...thought it couldn't get better then I had that signature coffee...won't say much on it...I leave it to you to be the judge...

Beautiful site and very friendly people. We walked down the street to find an amazing coffee shop with an amazing mango tree in the middle of the courtyard. They were so nice to set up a fan for my friends and I to sit by so we could be cool during that hot morning. We all ordered the Es-Yen and it was amazing. The drinks were meticulously made and you could tell the craftsmanship that went into roasting the beans and making the drink. The espresso had great flavor and a bold personality which when together with the milk was so good. It was a nice and serene time having our coffee and just sitting and taking in the day. I ended up buying 2 bags of coffee for myself and it's even better because the guy roasts the beans himself and the beans I got had been freshly roasted. I highly recommend checking out this place and trying...
