The vibe and location are very good— but the food? i ordered the fried prawn appetizer… 6 or so breaded prawns with sauce. I was expecting some sort of Thai spice in the breading or at minimum, a tasty dipping sauce. I got neither

The breading, while thick (in a good way) on the shrimp, was absolutely tasteless. no spice, no discernible salt even.

The “shrimp“ was more the consistency of frozen fish sticks and alas was tasteless— it didn’t even taste like shrimp, more like whitefish? were it not for the attached tail, I would have sworn that I got breaded fish by mistake

And the sauce? It was ketchup??! it was such a bland appetizer that it truly had no taste, unless I dipped it in ketchup (yuk) Overall, it convinced me not to order dinner here. I’m sure they can do...

Worst meal in 2 weeks in Thailand! Ordered wine, beer, wonton soup, panaang and pad sed ew. The wonton soup was good, my daughter's meal was fair to good, my dinner came out with overcooked squishy nasty noodles. I got the waiters attention and you could tell he could see it. Took it to his manager and she came back out with the food insisting it was right. Wanted to argue. I eat these noodle all the time. They were like a mass of jelly. She offered to cook new but if they came out the same since she insisted they were right, I've wasted 2 meals. I told her I did not want. She finally gave up. It was taken off my bill but lunch ruined from...

Popped in for a quick meal after we had nice smoothies the day prior. Probably my fault for ordering the world’s most touristy dish, but I live in Thailand and decided why not. I did not think it’s possible to have bad pineapple fried rice. Rice was hard, cold inside - almost like it was reheated. Our table all tasted and no one could figure out how it could be that bad. A couple random pieces of chicken I could not tell why it was there. Definitely overpriced. It’s a nice place for a drink overlooking the temple and the servers were nice but that’s just Thailand…but I can’t recommend eating there. Would not go back. Our other food was...

The place looks nice with a big mango try at the front and really close to a magnificent temple. But we did not enjoy our meal there. The staff was obviously extremely stressed so not really nice and even stressful for us - I was feeling bad about ordering more than just a drink as I felt I was making the waitress lose time with just writing done my order... The food was pretty tasteless. You cannot really go wrong with a mango but it was still not too juicy. We paid 412 Bath for a dish, a sticky rice and 2 drinks (don’t tale the iced tea, not good, not interesting) which I find pretty expensive. Toilets were not clean

Best food in Thailand since my now 7 weeks stay! All perfectly spiced (as spicy as you like 😇). You taste every single ingredient. Garnished like haute cuisine, but you won't starve by the sizes. Self made icecream and smoothies are perfect. Smoothies are made of pure cold fruits and yogurt (i.a), not water, ice, and syrup like elsewhere. We've tasted their new banana ice-cream and it was marvelous! Staff is fluent in english, so you get what you ask for even if your Thai is as bad as mine. If I could give 10 stars, I'd do so. ...and the prices are still Thai-low, no idea why... (just add it at the tip)!
