Ratchadumnern Coffee and Food — Restaurant in Chiang Mai Province

I'm there now. It's a really pleasant and peaceful environment. I've just been served the best omelette (bit of chopped pepper and onion in it and a dash of cheese) I've had in Thailand so far together with a delicious 'avocado juice' (I think there was a hint of honey in that, which you might choose them to leave out, though it was actually rather good 😉). Super quick service, nice young couple, fantastic prices: omelette 50Bt, juice 65Bt. (Oh, and I also liked the fact that the omelette came unadorned with garnish that I never really want but always feel obliged to eat or bad about wasting.. 😂)

Second visit, two weeks later: impressed all over again! Had the mini breakfast at a very modest 89 Bt for 2 fried eggs, 3 rashers bacon and a slice of toast w/ butter, jam. But my point is that it was also cooked (for me..) to perfection: no oil in sight, yolks perfectly runny, whites perfectly firm, bacon crispy... say no more..! Very good coffee (hot...

Looks like a small baker shop on an indistinct corner, but serves some of the best authentic food in the city. They are not open late, so come early (closing at 7pm) but it's definitely worth any walk or tuktuk ride through the city. Great hot food, as spicy as you like, tasty shakes and smoothies, fast and friendly service and cheaper than most other places in the city. They do have free wifi, and if you like, you can even buy some clothes or book an adventure... because both respective shops next door belong to the...

I've eaten lunch here every other day for about four weeks. I've tried almost everything on the menu, and I haven't been disappointed once. There are two fish dishes in the Thai food section of the menu that particularly stood out for me. Generous servings. Excellent service. The server remembered everything I had tried over the weeks, and helped me a few times to navigate the menu. They also have a few excellent pork dishes, including an appetizer with the perfect garlic ingredients. Highly recommend...
