Read moreReally beautiful temple with meditation and educational offerings! I walked in one morning and was greeted by Vee, a Buddhist volunteer, who is extremely friendly and knowledgable. There is a mindfulness corner within the temple which he invited me to and provided a brief explanation on Buddhism and guided me and my friend through sitting meditation and walking meditation. This temple also has a classroom with educational sessions every Sun, Wed and Sat on Buddhism with David, called Daily Wisdom. Vee also provides guided sessions on Gong bath meditation, which is an amazing meditative experience and I highly recommend it. You can walk into the temple anytime and use the mindfulness corner to ask questions and practice meditation. I'm grateful to have come across...
