Smokehouse Burgers & BBQ - Chang Moi — Restaurant in Chiang Mai Province

First off, anyone on here that is reviewing about American cuisine and isn’t American, don’t listen to them. This was the most authentic American burger I’ve had in all of Thailand. Please stop comparing McDonald’s to American burgers and other American cuisines. McDonald’s does not serve authentic burgers. The beef patty was juicy, cooked well done, with cheese, tomato, white onion, and lettuce. Which is the most classic toppings. The bun was buttered and toasted NOT soggy, but also not crumbly, toasted to perfection. The fries with salted and peppered, when most American fries are just salted. Condiments are available such as ketchup and mayo, which is applied by yourself. For those complaining about how it’s not an indoor restaurant or that they have a cat, please leave Thailand, it’s not for you. Stop trying to change their culture to fit your needs. Most people I know cook at home in the west with their animals in the kitchen. All the meat is cooked and prepared to order, right in front of you, on a grill. They do not microwave anything. Actually a really good burger! I don't know why there are so many bad reviews. I have eaten here many times now. The only reason I would say service is 4stars is that you need to wait if you order a pizza as they make them at another shop down the street. But very good pizza as well. Way better than pizza company(to sweet) as for complaints about price this place is cheaper than anywhere. Lastly atmosphere, this place is on a busy street corner with many tourists and bars nearby(perfect right?) However if you are wanting a nice sit-down or indoor place this will probably not be the place for you. Love this small...

BEST VEGAN BURGER EVER! (And i’ve eaten many even way more expensive ones) Staff is so nice, I was always looking forward to ordering, the burgers are very good, the vegan ones (217 Baht) and the meat ones. Very good buttery buns and in general very delicious (Although the patties and buns are grilled on the same grill as the meat, if any vegan or vegetarian doesn’t like that, but i was dine with it). I was a little bit disappointed that there is no menu available for the vegan burger… But HIGHLY recommend! I will miss this Burger when...
