DONT GO THIS COWORKING, THEY ARE DISHONEST WITH THEIR FEES
The first time I came here, I asked about the coworking fees. They told me to go upstairs and see for myself, and only asked me to order a drink.
This time, I ordered a drink and they gave me a Wi-Fi paper, and I started working. After a while, the Wi-Fi seemed to have a problem, so I asked the staff. They just gave me another Wi-Fi paper, but an hour later, the Wi-Fi had issue again. I asked if the Wi-Fi disconnects every hour, and they said YES.
Then they went to the cash counter and took out another piece of paper, saying that I can only get Wi-Fi for as many hours as I have spent on the cafe x coworking. I told them that if they had clearly stated it on a paper or posted a poster at the entrance, it would be no problem, and I would have known. But such a big place and not a single spot had any indication?! not any posters or menus showing that???!
thats so dishonest!!!!!!
I asked the staff why they didn't tell me at the beginning or put up a notice on the shop. They just said they are employees and it's the boss's requirement, and they couldn't do anything about it. So there are no poster or info showing that unless your wifi discontinue then you will know!!
As a result, I wasted several hours of work without completing anything. When I packed my things and went to the restroom, I found that they had put up the notice in the restroom. Thanks a lot for making...
Read moreOne of the strangest places I have visited so far. Staff working at the counter is really kind and helpful and coffee was delicious. However, this place is a bit undecided what it wants to be. Coffee bar? Co-working space? Retail shop for wooden items? The place looks stylish and fancy from the outside and big letters advertise it as "Café and Co-working Space". It is just once you went inside and placed your order at the counter, that you realise that working with a laptop is only allowed in the co-working area upstairs and not in the coffee bar on the ground floor. There is also a retail shop where they sell beautifully handcrafted wooden items and which you can enter directly from the coffee bar. Small signs on the walls inform potential customers that if they damage or break any item they have to pay a penalty fee of 2 times the price of that item. Both things gave me bad vibes and I left the place after finishing the coffee. Overall, one star for the coffee, one star for the staff and one star for the stylish interior design minus one star for...
Read moreI ordered a coffee with a pastry, a Danish chocolate. I waited twenty minutes to get served. The coffee was okay, although I expected a coffee from their expresso machine, and I got a filter coffee. The pastry was old. I figured it out at the first bite. I said so to the staff. One of them took the Danish and put it in the microwave ! It was served to me again, still old, but this time very hot and rubbery, so, even worse than before. The price for this old pastry was 75baht. I was expecting to get something fresh for this price! Then I thought that they might not charged for it after I complained. But they did. I will never go there anymore. Last but not least, the place it is not wheelchair-friendly. There are small steps at the entrance, which makes you need help to enter, although it would be so easy to make a ramp instead. I told it to the owner of the place last year but they don’t make what would be a very small effort to make ithe first floor of the place wheelchair accessible. All in all, this was a very bad experience for a...
