👍🤩💯Perfect Chinese Cuisine. Loved every dish. It was cooked well and reminded me of my China trip. • The spicy Tom yum soup with sea bass fish 🐟 was tasty. • The “deep fried lava sesame balls” tasted so good. 🤤 • The Spicy Fried Rice Vermicellis with Water Mimosa and Shrimp 🍤 was well cooked. Not too dry not too soggy. Perfectly fine. 👍 • Also tried the Egg Noodles with Barbecued Pork - good good. 👍 • lastly the Monk Fruit (Lou Han Gua) herbal drink was perfect 🤩

Overall, excellent experience. Must try.

I am used to eating there with friends or my girlfriend because the food is very good and the price is reasonable. That said, the more I go, the more amazed I am by the lack of customer-centricity of this restaurant. Service is always slow, and when the food finally shows up, you find out that they have mixed the orders and they pretend it is what you have ordered. And you have to wait (too long) again so you have to cancel orders or leave without even eating. The icing on the cake? When you ask the Manager to remove the service charge or just give a discount, to compensate the bad experience you've just had, he blames it on you, pretends he cannot or refuses. Of course if you are foreigner he will just ignore you and talk exclusively to your Thai friends, being aware they are too nice to complain. Been supporting restaurant main outlet in Chinatown for the past 30+ odd years.Always loved their food and somewhat service.You cant complain about service when food is good. Discovered recently that they had branched out of Chinatowm to many outlets across Bangkok which ia amazing. Visited Icon Siam outlet ordered Sharkfin Soup,Fishmaw Soup,Fried Rice and Roasted Duck.Food was decent compared to Chinatown outlet. Today we were at Central Rama 9 outlet which was close to our hotel for dinner. Hard to get explaination with the server for menu item description but placed the exact same order as at Icon Siam. Food arrived and it was ok for the soups but the Roasted Duck and Fried rice was very dissapointing.
