What an incredible restaurant! We visited many places along the beach and on the main road, and none of them can even compare to the Rose and Crown. If you are looking for traditional Thai food, this is 100% the place to go. Not only is the quality of food superb, but you will be getting it at a bargain.

We have found ourselves coming back every single day since we first discovered this gem in an otherwise bleak alley (in large part thanks to the lovely owner and staff, you guys are amazing!)

I highly recommend trying the duck, it’s gobsmackingly good. Words cannot describe how flavourful it was. Another dish you don’t want to miss out on is their vegetable spring roll. Truly a masterpiece.

All in all, the Rose and Crown is one of the highlights of our vacation at Karon beach. If you are looking for a place to spend the evening or where to take a break from the beach, I cannot...

This hidden gem is a super great find! Stayed at a guesthouse nearby and ate here our entire stay. Reasonable prices (pad thai at 80baht for a small and 150baht for a regular). I’m a frequent traveler to Thailand and this is one of the best pad Thais I’ve had. Not too saucy and not too dry, and very generous with the portioning. Passion fruit shake (50baht) was super good too!

Overrated. I saw all the previous review and was dissapointed. Average Pad Thai. Below average Spring Rolls. Full of Scandinavians eating western food. Maybe that is still good I gave 1* extra for 5G wifi...
