Genuinely the best food we had in our two weeks in Thailand. Even came back a second time in our short stay at Kata beach because we couldn’t resist. The fried rice is a must have - I don’t think I’ve had fried rice this tasty in my whole life. Got to the point where we were brainstorming how to reverse engineer it just so we could have it again back in Melbourne. The crispy pork and pad Thai were also great! For how good the food was, I was so surprised that we never had to wait for a table. Lovely little hidden gem! Plus, the staff were super lovely, had no communication issues as well. Hope this place is still around when we come back to Phuket next time!

In terms of price, we spent about 800 baht here for three people. Sounds like a lot but this is including drinks and second servings of food that we particularly enjoyed. We were always incredibly satiated by the end of this meal, so it’s well worth the price. Definitely check...

The food we ordered on both occasions was exquisite!! So tasty, delicious flavours, presented with pride and pleasure, the service impeccable and served with cold towels to refresh oneself from the heat, a genuine treat and a genuine 'thank you for coming to eat here' smile.. The owner came to make sure what we ordered was to our satisfaction, which it definitely was, the atmosphere so relaxing, the fresh air, the ambient music and the total quaintness is surreal even though this Hug Streetfood is just off the main road! This is a place I would HIGHLY recommend to anybody who loves genuine Thai dishes. We have travelled the entirety of Thailand and tasted many cuisines, Khao Soi Gai was a favourite of mine in Chiang Mai... Hug Streetfood, you are now number one in Thailand for me regarding Khao Soh Gai, thank you for an amazingly wonderful...

Was afraid that the place would be overrated as the overwhelming positive reviews seemed too good to be true. But turns out the place is really worth the praise!

Food was fantastic, ordered the omelette rice and it was really good! Thai milk tea was the best I've taste in Phuket! Unlike the usual ones that are on the sweet side, their Thai milk tea was the right amount of sweetness and tart.

Borrowed the toilet and it was clean and well maintained.

The only caveat is that there were many mosquitos but this is expected for outdoor place in Phuket, not to mention the thoughtful owner even placed insect...
