I would probably leave the area if this heartwarming shop was not here. I not only got used to have brunches / breakfasts / late lunches... but also bought beautiful chairs (scandinavian design), and spent days... or maybe months working there ! Probably my favorite place in Bangkok. Real coffee, gorgeous homemade cakes, real people with a heart. A good spot to make a step back, watch people moving around... A landmark for all « thonglorians »,...

I’m sitting here and I’m highly impressed by the diversity of this place.

Actually it is much more than a cafeteria, what was why I came here. Find it out by yourself. It’s worth it. I would say best atmosphere, best wraps and loveliest people working there.

This cafe stands out from others because of the unique and wide collection of antiques, furniture and other items stacked from ceiling to floor. As for the food, the bacon avocado egg toast was average. The smoothies are really good. Asked for a little bit of sugar in the coffee but got way too much. The staff has high english proficiency.

오늘은 제가 통러와 에까마이에서 가장 좋아하는 카페 @kaffe50 에 왔어요. 이곳은 아직까진 한국인들을 비롯한 외국인들보다는 로컬들과 몇 센스 있는 여행자들만 알음알음하여 찾는 곳인데요. 덕분에 빠똠 오가닉 리빙을 비롯한 통러와 에까마이 쏘이 사이의 유명 카페들과는 달리 한적하고 쾌적하며 가격도 저렴한 편이에요😉 사장님은 영어로 프리 토킹이 가능할 만큼 능력자이시고, 당장에 이 카페 내부만 둘러보아도 이 분의 감각이 정말 뛰어나다는 걸 느끼실 수 있어요. 진짜 이런 것까지 있어?라고 생각이 들 정도로 어마어마한 가지 수의 소품들과 가구들이 사방 곳곳에 널려 있어요! 정말 널려있다구요! 심지어 소품 하나하나가 100년이 지나도 촌스럽지 않을, 셀프 인테리어가 취미인 저에게는 침이 줄줄 흐르는 곳이에요(구매도 가능해요)🤤 빈티지 소품 몇 개만 가져다 두고 빈티지 카페인 척 하는 곳들과는 비교도 하지 마세요. 마치 "네가 뭘 좋아할지 몰라서 빼곡하게 준비해봤어."라고 속삭이는 장소거든요. 체어 종류와 위치조차 너무나 다양해서 커피를 주문하고 나서도 도대체 어디에 앉아야 이 신비로운 카페를 더 제대로 즐길 수 있을까 갈등이 될 정도이니까요. 그러니 와보셨으면 좋겠어요. 유명해지는 건 싫지만 여길 저 혼자 아는 건 고요한 죄악이니까요. 시원한 커피 한 잔에 타르트 한 조각까지 해서 단 돈 150밧, 우리 돈 5000원이 약간 넘는 가격으로 박물관에 버금가는 이곳을 둘러볼 수 있단 건 이 얼마나 축복인가요? 그 축복을 같이 나눠요 우리. Kaffe50의 축복은 나눠도 줄지 않는 광주리 속 빵 같은 곳이거든요. 그러니 여러분, 유명한 카페도 좋지만, 정말 태국 로컬의 멋스러움을 느끼고 싶다면 #kaffe50 으로 오세요. 절대 후회하지 않으실 거예요.

I am so happy this place still exists and survived through covid. I was eating here regularly few years ago and back then and now, they offer great food, delicious coffee and truly tasty homemade cakes that would satisfy even the most demanding person. I recommend this place a lot!
