I was utterly astonished when I came across the reviews for Chico Cafe.

Despite assuming that the negative feedback might have been from a few years ago, implying that their service had improved since then, I was proven entirely wrong. It appears that history tends to repeat itself.

My visit to this establishment was an absolute nightmare, surpassing any previous unpleasant experiences I've had at other pet cafes. Needless to say, I won't be recommending this place to anyone in my social circle.

Upon entering the cafe, I was met with a complete lack of greeting and found myself perplexed as to where I should be seated. When I approached a staff member and inquired about an item I had seen mentioned in a Google review, their response was shockingly rude.

i went to this café twice and the food and shop are very cute! the shop itself has some very nice things, i bought lots of souvenirs, which were well-priced, and also some more expensive jewelry from the vitrine. the café part is really good, had the matcha and waffle, which were delicious and the details are also adorable! the big black cat is also very cute and friendly.
