Tried my first Chinese lunar new year fine dining dinner here.
We ordered the house specialties of “linguine con gambero Rossi” … but regrettably, the sphegetti was under cooked and hard… surprising for a 5 star Italian restaurant to half cook their pasta. The waitress tried to make us feel that the sphegetti should be ‘hard’ ..hahaha..🤣🤣they eventually cook the pasta again… after we insisted on it…overall taste was still good.
For the lamb with foei gra, the waitress did not seem to know the dish and what I expected to be Rossini turns out to be just lamb racks with foei gras. Disappointing and the taste was normal..
Amongst all the dishes, only the simple Bruchetti dish turns out to be the best dish for the night .. it was uniquely tasteful.
Overall the taste of dishes were acceptable but the waitresses may need more training on the dishes they serve and perhaps being less defensive and insist on their customers eating their half cooked pasta.

The signature tuna tartar was slightly frozen in the inside with a crunchy icey texture, it wasn't a complete tender bite. The presentation was great with the ice bowl. The cavalier was not in large amounts, the chef should add a bit more.
We ordered spaghetti which was alright but lacked sufficient seasoning for a stronger taste. The shrimp rissoto tasted great - on the creamy side, but the shrimp seasoning was a great addition to the rich creamy texture. The portion of the shrimp was small in ratio compared to the rissoto, so do ration the shrimp bites.
The fish was good, fairly small but drew the right taste and freshness.
Atmosphere is good, great for both friend meetups and small family dinner. The art on the walls are beautiful here!

Miofoodart Italian plan in Thonglor where yiu can find long selection of cheese and cold cut (but i’m not reviewing that today). Overall of the food was ok but quite pricely. Oh and their bread especially breadstick and sourdough is so good! 🦐 Angel hair gambero rosso (790.-) star of this dish is the Sicilian Red prawns where they put it fresh! Sweet and light with a unique taste. Angel hair is fresh made with the right texture. The sauce is rich with shrimp fat (i guess).
