I came here for hair color, cut and treatment Maybe the language barrier it takes a bit effort to communicate with the Japanese stylist. But she is quite polite and understands what i wanted to do. The result comes out good, i highly appreciated it

The hair salon is quite old school design style.

The only downside is the two Thai assistants who dyed the hair color for me. Not even giving me ear cover to protect my ears. I have to remind them to please put cover for me. And of course the color was already all around my ears.

No drinks offered which i saw other customers were having drinks. Not like i really need one , i was having my own coffee anyways, but i think it is good to ask the customer and dont assume they dont want it right?

I am not sure if because im not Japanese so they dont take care of me as well as the other japanese customers .

But overall, if you do not look for hospitality/service, only cares about outcome then it is still a good...

I stumbled upon this place while walking my way through the city. I noticed it's a very busy hair studio and decided to get my long due haircut. I walked in the next day hoping to find a slot since it was a working day but all slots were full. So i requested my case as I was flying out of bangkok that night and Khun Kwan accepted my request. She did a fabulous job cutting my hair. I have thin flat hair and she brought in volume and made my hair look longer. hospitality & service is 10/10. Hair cut 10/10. Even better is the price 10/10. Went to get a haircut today with Stylist Ya, and she did an amazing job. She was able to give great advice on how to adapt the reference hairstyle so that it best suits my hair. She also taught me how to style my hair properly so that it looks nice when I do it at home. I got the scalp detox hair wash, it was very cool and relaxing, and the staff was also very gentle.

Only down side is that the air condition was VERY hot from my seat while getting a haircut, as the seats were directly under the air con. I was sweating. If possible, they should find a away to make it cooler...
