This place is hidden, so hidden that my grabcar driver had difficulty identifying this place. This place was recommended by a very good friend who had plenty of experience in dining with higher class/range of thai restaurants. I came with that friend and had a fantastic meal. This is higher class-more expensive type or restaurant to go to in Bangkok. The quality of the food matches the prices. I head red curry with duck and pork skewers. The price for three persons was around 1500 baht. It is not cheap but they definitely do deliver on the quality. The waiters and waitresses were excellent. I would recommend visiting this place at least once if planning a trip to Bangkok-unless of course, you're on a budget. This is because Bangkok has plenty of lower priced options to cater to all...

Poor service. I ordered pork neck,sweet mild curry,rice and water. But I couldn't get any of them more than 30mins even though they had only a few customers. There were 4kitchen staff...The waitress who took my order was totally miserable. She looked very upset when I was asking a question about their curry.I was very friendly and just an ordinary customer. Why? I asked when I can get my food and water 30mins after she took my order. She got upset again.. No idea what's wrong with her. Do they really need 30mins for a glass of water? Another waitress was not bad but just okay. The price is way too much and the food was not fantastic either. There are lots of better places around. But the atmosphere is very nice. So if you go,don't expect about the food,but just enjoy...

if there was one great find amongst all my travels in 2018 this has to be it. this is what you call hidden gem, best kept secret, something you dont want even your best friend to know about... this is a place i actually wanted to go back next day and i rarely do that as i like to try new items during travel.

decor is nostalgic, it has either 1970s vietnam/indian colonial feel with strange articrafts at hotel, or imagine you just walked into Indiana Jones movie. its just perfect... food is priced very competitive, portion is small but this allows you to try multiple dishes. raw prawn here makes u think Somboon's dish to be a childs play... this place is the.place to be
