Walked in to this cafe to get a drink after my lunch. Upon Q for the order, the cashier short hair lady with spec and showing dark face was attended me, I ordered hot chocolate, requested not cream on top and no sugar. She told me that sugar level either Low or High sugar, they can’t make it without sugar??? (What is the point if there is option for sugar level??) Then my order been passing to another barista lady (smile face at least) I’ve been seeing how she making my drink… the process was there is ready make chocolate drink in the big jug, milk also in another big jug, then she mix both in the steaming pitcher plus the “low level sugar” then steaming hot with the coffee machine… the moment I saw it, “seriously!!!” totally disappointed being paid 80bath for this kind of process drink like I can purchase in 7-11 shop pack of drink… anyway, I offered the drink to...

Many customers seem to like Cafe Kaldi's coffee, latte, ice cream, cake, but, compared to Starbucks, its sandwich, especially beef cabbage sandwich, is unique for its plain style of bread which is lightly toasted and easily chewed.

Price of the sandwich and coffee is reasonable, and staffs are friendly with patience.

The Cafe does not have toilet inside its cafe and has NO direction for the toilet location; thus, customers have to ask staffs for the direction of the toilet.
