Went there for haircut before committing to get color and treatment to test out their services. Luckily, that was a good move. Booked 5pm and started their service on 5pm promptly. Hair wash was okay. Wanted to cut with senior stylist but it was fully booked so I had to go with normal stylist option which is 1100 baht. The way that stylist combed my wet hair (mind you i consider my hair pretty healthy considering i have dyed my hair brown only once), was horrible. He kept combing it from top to bottom which makes all the knots get all tangled up and more painful for my poor scalp. I spoke up saying it is getting so painful and he made a cringy face and lipsyned the word “sorry” and continued brushing it so roughly. I didnt wanna make a scene so I just had to endured his torture. Imagine how much breakage it could have caused to my hair :) I asked for layered cut without losing my length and more volume and layers on top and showed reference video from their salon tiktok. The whole process from washing to styling is a little over an hour but the actual hair cut was like 5 mins. He cut so little of my hair that i dont even notice the difference . I looked around and noticed the way they handled more “famous and rich” looking ladies are totally gentle and careful. May be because im foreigner, they might think I will not come back there again so how they treat me is one time thing and wont matter. I really wanted to like this salon since i like their atmosphere and vibe. Even the way he sectioned my hair and flipped my wet hair was so aggressive that i can feel the water droplets on my face. I thought I was overthinking until i see other people review having this same experience. I can forgive him for haircut part since it is possible that we can have miscommunication due to language barrier but damn, the way he handled my hair was so disrespectful. I did not know his name but he has crew cut hair. I wish i had waited and get it done with senior stylist but oh well i will never go...
Read moreBarely took anytime to really cut my hair. The hairdresser was always in a hurry which is understandable but he just didn’t take time to delicately cut my hair as in the reference. It is so sad I paid for everything 5500 Baht including keratin hair straightening. It seems like he cares only for “famous” customers. My hair just doesn’t look like the photo I gave him at all which is to be honest really disappointed 😔 even thou I have tried to creat the look at home it just doesn’t fit right. I can see the only different on the hair in the area of my face but the rest was just regular equally haircut not much of a layer. Worst of all I think he forgot the test the keratin product on my sensitive skin area to see if I get an allergy and then I got a bad allergy like really bad ones. Luckily he still took an accountability for medical cost around 300 baht. I mean personally he is a great person but professionally not so much. You should really take time with each customer and not just numbers of customers. For the salon’s sake I won’t post the photos of my allergy but just be careful everyone always ask them to test the product first. And for the staff : please please take time for each customer if u gonna charge 5000+ with hair size M (not longer than the middle of the back around shoulder area) please take time and compare the differences between reference and the result. I didn’t want to write a bad review but then I realize a lot of young women should know about this. Good luck...
Read moreThe place looks amazing, everyone looks super hipster and trendy. But I really think it’s all just the hype.
If you are doing a normal layered cut, they can probably do it well. Anything that needs a bit of imagination and style, they probably cannot. My short hair perm was a mess, it was not a digital perm so don’t expect the curls to hold for very long. Although the hair stylist respected all my preferences and instructions, but I’m not the professional I wish I had a bit more guidance. I said I need a fringe trim, and he asked me to what length, which I replied to below my eye brow. He damped it and cut to that length, but when dry it’s now soooo short way above my eye brow because of the natural curl. I thought it’s basic that the hair dresser should know.
Also, they wash your hair with cold water. Lastly, similar to other reviews, they dry your hair very gently so it may feels like it’s still damp. They don’t even blow out your bangs or hair with a comb. They don’t use a mirror to show you the back of the hair when done.
I just feel like I paid so much money for...
