Minami at Warehouse 26 is a short drive from EmQuartier making it a convenient place to access if one has a car (with parking available within Warehouse 26 premise). However you may need to get a taxi here if you do not have private transport. Why I would recommend this place? - Enjoy the 'genkiness' of having a Sous Vide (possibly) air-fried chicken drumstick torched right in front of you - The roasted garlic will sway even a vampire, super fragrant which I would match with garlic rice - They serve a wide variety of tubbed gelatos here which is a great dessert offering (I always go for the Yakult flavour with jellies) - The space is tight with not more than 10 tables, but the interior design is zen and Japanese fanatics will enjoy the authentic vibe here Definitely go for the - Salt and garlic roasted chicken drumstick I won't advise - The Yuzu chicken skin which is hard, tough and taste really flat

Wasn't crowded when I visited for lunch despite it being a holiday. Ample parking which the restaurant can validate for you. Ordered their original signature grilled chicken leg which they will flame at your table with the garlic rice set that comes with a small garden salad, & clear (I think seaweed, not miso) soup. Chicken comes with some raw cabbage, julienned radish & pickles. Chicken Bht220 & garlic rice Bht70. Also tried their pork bowl (buta kakuni don) which at Bht220 (not cheap) was disappointing for the small portion of meat & I highly doubt this was some "heritage kurobuta pork". I had a similar in Japan & it was so much more generous (vis-a-vis what I paid) thus a 4 not 5 star rating.

We come here a few times a WEEK. Love it. The girls on the service staff are so sweet and on point. The food is outrageously good. The salt chicken is a great way to get your feet wet, but if you venture deeper into the menu there are some real gems, like the pork belly, corn and bacon, etc. Id argue the truffle appetizer is a little chewy and may not be for everybody, but it does taste great. My only slight knock would be on the repeat playing album Beatles cover band live record that is always playing. Sure the cover band sounds great, but when you start coming in regularly the music can be a little annoying. Like why not work in something else just for the hell of it? Like say a Fleetwood Mac cover band album? It wouldn't matter what it was, just as long as it mixed it up just a little....
