Space is nice. Food is ok. Price is good. Service is beyond bad. Really offensive to have service so bad as this. I would never return because the service is so bad.
Came for lunch. Restaurant was at about 50% capacity. Staff looked angry and were unpleasant. Worse, staff was just totally incapable.
I asked for soda water 3 times for myself, it never came. Asked for water twice for my kids, before they finally brought it. Took 30 mins to just bring them water.
Food took a really long time to come out. Took more than 30 mins for the first dishes to come out. However some people at our table had to wait another 30 mins for their food. For whatever odd reason the salads took the longest, something to keep in mind.
Ended up being in the restaurant for about 2 hours, as our group ate staggered across that time. No one ever came to check on us. Ask us if we needed anything. No one bothered to clear away the pile of dirty dishes. Unreal such poor service. I hope they can get it together and learn how to take care of their customers properly, then they would have a nice place I would visit...
Read moreFood was alright but the service was surprisingly poor. Had the steak sandwich. I was at first looking at the menu outside the door where the staff noticed me, but didn't greet me. Then I walked inside, still with no one greeting me or showing me to a table. I walk through the whole restaurant and seat myself outside. The restaurant have large glass windows so I was easily visible the whole time.
Then after no one coming to give me a menu, I had to flag them down and it took nearly 10 minutes from me sitting myself down to have someone over to give me a menu. Then another few minutes of me trying to get their attention so that I can order (At least come back or check every now and then if the person you gave a menu to, is ready to order)
I'd give them a pass if they were busy and they had other guests, but very few. Seems they don't care that much or aren't properly trained or incentivised to...
Read moreI have visited many Wine Connection branches throughout Bangkok, and I have always received excellent service and warm hospitality. However, my experience at the K Village branch has unfortunately been quite disappointing.
Most of the staff at this location appear inattentive and disengaged. I often felt overlooked — no one offered to pour wine, mention any ongoing promotions, or ask for my membership number to collect points. This was very surprising, considering the consistently high level of service I’ve received at your other branches.
There used to be one staff member — a gentleman with glasses — who always made an effort to inform us about promotions and membership benefits. Sadly, I understand that he has since resigned.
I truly hope that the level of service at the K Village branch will be improved soon to reflect the high standards that Wine Connection...
