Don't go here if you have curly hair.

The staff was sweet and nice but they had no clue how to treat curly hair and instead of telling me they just pretended they knew and ruined my hair.

I went for a simple shampoo and blow dry.

They used the wrong brush and the wrong products, ended up brushing my hair for over an hour in the sink, struggling and making the knots tighter and tighter. im pretty sure I hear scissors at some point. I kept trying to tell them to use another brush and conditioner but they told me to relax and pretended they knew what they are doing. I hoped for the best but I should not have.

I ended up with half the hair gone from my head on one side and terrible hair style.

Lovely staff, but I am feeling so upset now that I trusted them with my hair.

I hope you get let customer know next time if you are unable to help them or get proper training for non-asian hair.

PS : you have to use a BIG BRUSH (not that Asia hair brush) and conditioner to brush curly hair. It's not that hard, I could have done it myself in less than 15 minutes with the...

Thank you "Khun Rang" hair stylist at K village location for accepting my last minute request booking. It was my first time but definatly not last. The whole team start with the receptionist, the senior ladies who were serving my drink sonce I just got sat down and waited for him. They kept offering me the variety of beverages such as Teas or coffees. When I first met Khun Rang. He took times to listening my wanted and took him only 5 mins to come.put with new hair color and hair cut that fit with my liftstyle and Floridas weather that such a hot and humid. My hair came pit perfectly and "Khun Pop" who is his assistant was the great helper . He was with me for the last 6 hrs non stop.
