Very disappointed with their work. I went there to get my roots done and all I asked was just give me a brown shade/colour and nothing close to red and her response was everything turns to red and I understand if she meant it has red tint but it’s the first time a hair stylist told me that. She just did not have a positive attitude towards me trying to consult with her!! Anyways next I requested they use cool or less warm water. They only had water coming from the tank outside (which remains hot due to the weather) and no option of cool water. I told them since the hair colour just applied gave me a bit of a stinging sensation, the hot water was making it worse! They finally got cold water bottles which I thought was nice of them. But tbh hair salon should have both warm and cool water option and not just hot water!!!! Unfortunately they also failed to cover all my gray hair at the roots at the front. The colour was ok and it covered my greys but they clearly missed many of the areas. So I paid full and had a half done job, roots are still grey!! I have been going to Khun Pay and the girls for over a year for all my hair needs. I have Keratin straightening and colour done regularly and they are brilliant. My blond is always perfect which is not always the case in Asia. The prices are very good and the service is very professional and friendly. Khun Pay (sorry for the spelling) speaks perfect English and I have never had a problem being understood. My hairdresser in Australia is always commenting on how good my hair is. The wash is so thorough, and there was even a head massage too, how nice and kind 😊! Asked for curls and I really love it so much, the stylist (or is she the owner, not too sure) definitely did a great great job 😍, left the salon feeling refreshed, happy and pretty!!! ✨💫
