Such a ripoff for the 990baht that was paid for this 'ala carte' buffet. Portions were ridiculously small, like a teaspoon of guacamole for each serving, thus you had to order many portions of the same dish if you want to be remotely satiated. The service was frustratingly slow, even though the whole resturant had 3 tables. And we had to wait 20 mins for our order to arrive, given there is a 90 minute dining period, its one of the most annoying aspect to this meal. Even after reminding the waiters repeatedly that we were waiting for our next order, we were told to "please wait" even though the whole restaurant was practically empty. At the end we were only full from frustration after leaving the restaurant. I was a guest staying at the skyview hotel and I would have rather order from GRAB and have a decent meal for 990B per pax than this waste of time and ripoff. I can't understand all the rave reviews posted others but I would advise to avoid at all costs! Even if it was free i wouldn't...
Read morePrime Restaurant is the all day dining at Sky View Hotel. Currently there is a buffet menu for dinner in which you can choose an assortment of appetizer and main course of thai and western dishes. As opposed to large portions the food came out in beautiful minisized dishes which was better than expected. Taste is considerably good, and we enjoyed many of the dishes. Slight issue is that dishes came in the order they are finished so the dining order could be a little interesting. One of our appetizers that we ordered at the start came at the end.
Slight issue with the buffet offering is that there were no dessert options in the buffet, which is a shame. We ended up ordering some cake and drinks ala carte in addition to round out the meal.

Read moreWe tried the hungryhub party package for 3 cost about 1500 baht in total. For this you get to choose seven dishes from the extensive menu. It was a variety of unique dishes from Thai Chinese Japanese to Italian. The pork belly miso chili sauce, Green tea soba krapao sauce steak, beef boat noodle with bok choy and crispy spare rib mala sauce are all worth a try. Don't try the scallop baked spinach that was the only one dish we did not like. The location is also prime just next-door to Emporium shopping center where we went to...
