The less satisfying hamburger I ate this last 20 years. I really don't like the menu, the organisation of the restaurant. The day I want to eat a burger, I need to get out of the restaurant satisfied. But today I felt I ate in a so stingy place, what a pity because basically the burgers are pretty good in taste. Emsphere has been open for a few weeks now, and so did shake shack. Wanted to try it on opening weekend but postponed the mission. Today, there was no q in front, so we gave it a try. One shake burger and some crinkle fries. Sets you back 340baht There are no sets or combos. Fries were nice and crispy. Burger more on small size. Bun is very good. Taste is great, but considering the price, it’s natural imo, so it's just about the right price. As for service, there have some seats on the 2nd floor after ordering on the 1st floor. Personally I felt it's troublesome for customers to go up and down again for getting your food when it's ready. No wonder I waited on the 1st floor. There are generous condiment counters, not only salt and pepper, sugar stick etc., but also wooden cutlery (knife, fork and spoon), free tap water and 3 kinds of all-you-can-take sauces( sweet chili sauce, ketchup and mustard).
