A dull experience with mediocre food. Came here before and forgot. Came again and remembered why I didn't come back. This place should be good but it isn't. We had Belgian fries, farmers set, and carbonera. The Belgian fries were undercooked. Belgian fries are supposed to be double fried and crispy. These were half cooked and rubbery. The farmers set was also dull. The cheese was flavorless and there was little or no seasoning on the potatoes. It comes with a bread that just doesn't know what. its not toast, or garlic bread. It has a light egg texture fried on the outside and ready inside. It's like French toast, if you didn't know how to make French toast. They then place it on paper that tears easily and pieces end up in the toast when you cut it. The carbonara was runny. Even the menus are old and tatered Clearly the owner or manager puts zerobidirectional effort into improving the cafe or refineing the menu. There are just so many other better places nearby...
Read moreThe fresh-baked desserts here are delicious! We tried the cream cheese cookie, red velvet cheesecake brownie, and ricotta pancakes, and they were SO GOOD. This place is in the mid-price range and the prices are reasonable - it’s cheaper than hotel dining or sit-down restaurants in the major shopping centers. Not as cheap as a street stand or cart, but definitely a lot nicer. The ambience is relaxed and good - there is some indoor seating with air conditioning, as well as a large, shaded back patio with outdoor seating surrounded by plants. The bathrooms are off to to the side from the back patio and were modern, clean, and well-stocked with toilet...
Read moreGreat example of of food that is tailor-made for people with no taste who just want huge portions and lots of carbs. The place itself looks not so good, inside the air conditioning hits you like you are at the North Pole and outside looks like nobody cares about it. Food is according to the look of the venue. First bad sign is - they have no specialization. Menu is American and British and Italian and French… that can’t be good for a restaurant… American breakfast is tasteless and looks terrible. Fisherman’s sandwich doesn’t look like its picture in the menu, but what’s worse - someone decided to spray mayo on top of the sandwich… mayo… on top. Whyyyyyyyy? On the other hand, coffee here is not so bad (I took...
