I went to the restaurant 3rd times, this time I had a very bad experience. I sat a table away, and I know they wanted to show off their “ super steak show” to their guests in the private room, but I think they should pull the trolley in the room instead of near our table, the smoke was all over our table which we told the waiters already that it’s not polite to let other customers have the smoke and inhale the smoke! Ok fine! Secondly, we haven’t finish our pricey dishes that we ordered the waiter keep on coming to clean our table?! What ?! We paid for it and we haven’t finished. She didn’t even said “excuse me shall I keep your dish” she came and impolitely keep our dish one by one. Did she meant to shoo us? I think we didn’t paid less even a baht why treated us that way? Should improve and train more and not told us she is new then train her before letting her service...
Read moreAfter a long time stuck in traffic, we were happy to arrive at this traditional Italian restaurant. It is very classically furnished, very large and unfortunately a bit dated. The staff are very friendly and professional and you are in very good hands. The menu offers a wide range and fortunately there is also a daily menu and a reasonably priced set menu. The food is good, but don't expect a gourmet experience. The wine list is also extensive, but the prices are too high. That gives 4 stars. But unfortunately I have to deduct a star. We ordered a pizza to take home (at 440 ++ baht more expensive than in Italy) and they charged us a service charge even though it wasn't served. This has never happened to me in Thailand before. Read moreRather long review but bear with me ... A great lunch here once more today. We two old folks had the set lunch while daughter had two items a-la-carte. Excellent value. Rossano easily offers the best variety of items on the set menu and do not hold back on the quality. My wife had the Parmesan ham starter with snow fish main course. I had the calamari starter with a fillet mignon ... all beautifully done with the perfect side accompaniments. I have hosted the whole of my MRT Blue Line project management group here on many occasions and it was always an occasion looked forward to. My only regret is that due to my health I have had to forego the evening operatic performance to enhance the weekend evening meals. Do come and share my experience....
